CIB Americas Campus Recruiting Programs
The program Analyst/Associate role is an entry-level position for high potential candidates approaching the end of their university term. Natixis also offers summer Analyst opportunities for undergraduates in the summer proceeding their senior year. Through this program you will be introduced to the firm's heritage & culture, and have the opportunity to develop robust marketable skills.
During the 10-week program, which commences annually in June, Summer Analysts are assigned to a specific business group where they will learn under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Summer analysts, experience a full schedule of training, business presentations and group events.
At the end of the summer, direct offers are extended to exceptional performers to join the upcoming full-time Analyst class.
The Americas Platform program commences annually in July. Program Analysts & Associates will participate in a two-year program which encompasses
training and ongoing professional development.
Managers guide and monitor career development by facilitating the feedback, review and advancement processes.
Participants in the program will perform a wide variety of roles and have the opportunity to work with colleagues at different levels and from different
areas within the firm. As experience grows, so does the level of responsibility.
The program is designed to provide the professional skills, industry knowledge and development opportunities that will enable the individual to achieve
success within the firm.

Coverage & Advisory (Coverage, Financial Institutions).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This program targets candidates with a high level of academic and leadership achievement, who are interested in working within a rapidly changing and
demanding, but ultimately rewarding environment.
Strong Analytical and quantitative skills.

RECRUITING & INTERVIEW PROCESS
Natixis conducts interviews at limited number of U.S. universities. Interviews for full-time positions are generally conducted in September through early
November, while interviews for summer positions typically take place in February and March.
Applications will be accepted for each of our six program areas. Each individual will have the opportunity to rotate within a program area, as well as
the potential for an international rotation.
Offers to join the Program Analyst & Associate class in July are extended in November & December.
Summer Analysts are extended offers between March & April; to join the 10 week program which begins in June.
